Today I would like to introduce my personal favorite noodle menu [bibim cold noodle].
Eight kinds of aromatic vegetables create
Mild homemade sweet and spicy veggie sauce
Manufactured in our own workshop in the Handmade Village
Homemade noodles.
Veggie sauce with the sweetness of onions is also handmade in the same workshop.
I've had bibim noodles in the real Korea and they are not inferior at all!
I rather prefer our bibim cold noodles.
Actually...
We also grow our own Korean chili peppers used in the process of making veggie sauce!
The ingredients used to be imported from Korea, but the Corona disaster made them hard to find...
Let's build it ourselves! Our president said...
Now our freezer is full of Korean chili peppers (lol) and we have enough for a year.
Pimpin' Pimpin' House's [Pimpin' Cold Noodles], which is made with the utmost care and attention to detail, from the noodles and sauce to the chili peppers.
