Today, we would like to introduce you to the santu, the pride of the Pyonpyonsha.
Raised with care in water that springs from the earth full of nature.
Fresh sunchu is delivered daily directly from contract farmers.
≪Contract farmer≫Takusari Farm
Our contract farmer, Takusari Farm, makes it a top priority to protect the natural environment and the earth,
The santu is grown hydroponically using groundwater from the Kitakami Mountains.
Chef Kihachi Kumagai of Restaurant KIHACHI says, "The santu here is the best in Japan!
We are so proud of our sanchu that we have been praised by many people.
Our sunchu is available as an all-you-can-eat option as well as a single item.
